I set myself the
challenge 58 months ago to sort out UK medicine, now we need help?
I found out in September why trouble has been following
me around ever since I came out of the BMI Somerfield Hospital. You may recall that I had a needless vaginal hysterectomy
on Valentines Evening 2000, during the operation I contracted MRSA in my upper vagina and because I had an open wound
in my lower back, I had MRSA for 9 months. My doctors permitted me to take MRSA into the Maidstone NHS, the Medway NHS, the
Bearsted Medical Practice, the BUPA Alexander and into the community. My discharge letter from my gynaecologist Dr Henderson
started to build a medical record that I am 'mad'. Where did Miss Henderson get the idea from? My limited BMI
Somerfield Hospital medical records show her consulting Dr Goodman 2 days earlier and him intervening in my care?
Most
medical accident victims have PTSD in varying degrees. I had flashbacks and a PTSD breakdown on the anniversary of my
operation; recovery from PTSD requires justice and answers. My doctors acted to ensure that I did not recover from my
injuries. How can anyone trust Maidstone doctors? Why won't doctors help patients recover from injuries inflicted by
doctors? Whilst in Holloway Prison I wrote about PTSD and left it on their computer system.
In June 2000 I appeared
on ITV Meridian; I invited the local BMA Rep to be interviewed with me at his Sutton Valence Surgery. Dr Hobday agreed
to a pilot project to restore patients' confidence in their GPs; just days later ie on 23.6.2000 Dr Hobday was pushing a different
view in the Kent Messenger ie there was no need for our project and patients instead should trust their GPs that they would
not knowingly put them into a high risk situation. In the same edition there was photograph of the owner of the Kent
Messenger cutting a cake at the BMI Somerfield Hospital to celebrate a new extension. The publicity I generated ensured
greater safety for patients who followed after me in the BMI Somerfield Hospital.
A nurse did annual inspections of
the BMI Somerfield Hospital and the Kent Care Homes on behalf of the local NHS. Is a NHS nurse going to stand up to doctors
and 'blow the whistle' on what was going on? When I took on the challenge of sorting out medicine 58 months ago, rogue doctors
feared me. I was given a 'fake' criminal record for harassment on 28.5.2004. With my conviction, child and patient protection
became a criminal offence, punishable by 25 days in Holloway Prison. I was given a criminal record, community punishment
of 100 hours work in a Charity Shop and I have to see a Probation Officer weekly to discuss changes to my 'offending' behaviour.
Those who understand about the Operation Ore paedophile investigation will know about the numbers of doctors, teachers and
media on this list and that most have them have yet to be arrested. The doctors who have been arrested/ convicted via Operation
Ore have been given permission by the GMC to evade a Criminal Records check by changing their name by deed poll so that they
can continue practising as a doctor. I could teach in Kent/ KCC if I were to change my name by deed poll, but I am not
happy at the idea of deception to evade a Kent Police criminal record check. I believe that patients have the right to know
if the doctor they are consulting, is a pervert. Kent's criminal doctors have the protection of the public sector/the East
Kent masons/GMC.
The outcomes of court cases, both civil and criminal are sorted out behind the scenes. I know
who faked a fax to convict me of a crime, I know when and how they did it. I have learned about DNA from Clive
Taylor-Sholl who had to take 7 DNA tests to prove parentage.
This 'Yolande Lindridge is mad' idea had been used by
my doctors once before ie when they faked medical records in 1982 to cast doubts on me as a victim of rape. Those involved
in faking medical records in 1982 include those who were involved in my 2000 scandal. I have a 'fake' decree absolute under
the 1969 Divorce Reform Act. My solicitor at Whitehead Monckton told me in 1980 to share my parents' assets /my assets whilst
not touching my husband's family assets; in 2002, if I had followed Whitehead Monckton's advice - BMI would have bankrupted
me . Crime was used to persuade me to re-mortgage with the Alliance & Leicester in 1981/2001. Crime was used to
ensure that I never attended an ancillary relief hearing in 1981/2003. On 8.4.2003, DJ Armstrong ordered my ex-husband to
disclose details of a Trust Fund and a Life Policy taken out in 1978. I was arrested by an off-duty policeman the day before
this was due to be disclosed to me. I was given bail conditions to prevent attending a hearing on 17.7.2003. Tom's near
death experience on 25.7.2003 is believed by experts to be consistent with a bald and over-inflated tyre being placed on his
car? A Trust Expert suspects that my son and I may be beneficiaries of a Trust Fund; will my conviction have taken
me out of the loop? DJ Burgess stated to me in my BMI case on 24.7.2001 "If we want you to lose, you will lose"; this
principle has been applied ever since
Shipman's scandal teaches us that once a doctor commits a crime, he will commit
more and more crimes. Since the incident on Valentines Evening 2000, my doctors have been compiling 'mad' medical records
and making a public record in the courts of this garbage. But doctors et al have the power to do what they like to who
they like, to protect themselves and their pensions. Misconduct in public office is a criminal offence. The Bearsted
Medical Practice has received a public investment ie a new Primary Care Centre. Letters are being written to Gordon Brown
to help him with his 100,000 public sector redundancy decisions.
I am so grateful that my 85 year-old Aunt Norah had
gone back to her home before I was discharged from the BMI Somerfield Hospital in 2000 with MRSA. Whilst I was in Holloway
Prison last Christmas someone gave me the book 'The Brotherhood' to read, I had first been given a copy by Chris Heyer's sister;
it accurately depicts what I suffered. From my research of medical accidents and through my own experiences I have learned
that the medical protection mechanism in place is predominantly controlled by Jewish people. But their victims include Jewish
people too, and I have acted to help/support these victims too.
Being targeted by an army of corrupt masons who will
do anything for profit is a terrifying and isolating experience, I miss my family, friends, patients and business associates.
Decent
masons told me that if we can sort Kent, it will have a domino impact on the rest of the UK. So hopefully you will read this
letter and will help me sort out medicine via Kent?
We need just one court case with a lot of publicity to terrify
all other doctors into obeying the law and respecting their patients. We need to deal with problems, not bury them.
Every time I went to Maidstone Police, the HSE, the GMC and to the Courts, it was an opportunity lost to make changes to protect
patients. I first contacted Maidstone Police in February 2000. The significance at that time (2000) was that the
BMI Business Development Manager was on my Kent Business Network Steering Committee, along with the Pentagon Shopping Centre
Manager, representatives from the Bank of England, Invicta Radio, Dutton Forshaw, VR Sani Co, the Hop Farm etc. MRSA
had not taken off in this area until 14 months after I got it; if secrets had not been kept for 55 months - our KBN
Steering Committee would have surely acted? But Kent Business Network was undermined and sabotaged in 2000/1.
Sales of private medical insurance have boomed on the back of MRSA and the industry is now worth 4.1 billion pounds.
In the UK we now have rates of MRSA 40 times greater than in Holland.
How many people did I infect? I went into
the Medway NHS MRI scan with an undressed and open wound in my back? Equipment was used on me in the BMI Somerfield
Hospital, the Maidstone NHS Hospital, the BUPA Alexander. I went in a NHS ambulance. I understand that the testing for MRSA
for both private and NHS is done at the same location ie at Preston Hall? I have spoken to a Plymouth man whose late
wife had MRSA and contracted it in a London teaching hospital and then unwittingly introduced into the Plymouth NHS Hospital.
The
Patient Safety document that I compiled after my medical accident ie Private v NHS affected sales of medical insurance, I
had death threats from Insurance Salesmen/detective. It was death threats from a Financial Adviser in 1980 that led
to my life-long court protection order. The threat recorded /admitted in my divorce files (witnessed by Eileen North) was
"I will kill you one day, so help me, and string you up". The Court Protection Order of 5.8.80 contained an eviction
notice for my husband, but following 3 Kent Messenger publications on birthdays/ anniversaries ie 20.8.80, 29.8.80 and on
2.9.80 etc I took an overdose on 3.9.80 ie the 3rd anniversary of my mother's death from cancer. My mother's ovarian
cancer death was used to persuade me to have a vaginal hysterectomy. On 4.9.80, my husband was evicted from our home 8 days
ahead of the Court Order date. Now a Court has ordered my children and I to be evicted from our home on 22.12.2004 ie
the anniversary of when I went to prison.
My trial accepted evidence that I was a victim of rape within marriage;
they accepted medical records with the date of 2.5.80 showing GBH injuries. My ex-husband gave Witness Evidence that
he knew that I was a recovering rape victim (Portsmouth) when we married.
Ashford CID seized all 69 Witness Documents
that I sent out in November 2002, this includes one from my friend Martin Walter, who confirmed that I had told him many years
ago that my husband had raped me. I kept this side of domestic violence out of the public domain until November 2001
when I responded to a Kent Police appeal for help to solve a rape for the first time since 1980. I phoned Ashford CID
and told them about my rape and a rape in Sandling in 1980. I met with the Kent Police Serious Crime Squad at the Tudor
Park at Bearsted, and was reassured by what they told me and got on with my life. All my guilty feelings disappeared on 14.3.2003
after I had given a Witness Interview to Maidstone CID. With SI/CZ/119/2003 (see transcript attached) all responsibility passed
to Maidstone CID. But the investigation was 'frozen', and Kent CPS prosecuted me instead. NCIS is now re-investigating
SI/CZ/119/2003 and MRSA. DI Gerry Smith retired a year ago.
Is it any wonder that the strategy has been to isolate
me from family, friends and clients/ destroy me in case their 'secret' arising out of cutting corners for profit/ criminal
medical negligence destroyed them? I now know that I have a huge insurance claim and that insurers can rely on any court to
protect them from huge claims - including the overseas venture capitalists who own the BMI Group. An innocent person can be
convicted of crimes they have not committed because of financial losses that others would have been sustained. NHS resources
are also used to subsidise the profits of BMI /their private doctors/Upper Classes. know who put up the £500,000 freemason
charity donation and who earned fees out of bringing me/ Laurom Health & Safety/the Patient Support Trust down.
What warped mind thought that spreading MRSA from the private sector into the NHS was acceptable? What sort of business
people are these masons who took fees to attack, a woman, children, pets, a charity so that doctors were permitted to spread
MRSA and cause panic throughout the Community? Who thought of approaching those in my personal and business life to offer
them inducements to stab me in the back/ betray my love or trust in them?
I can understand why DC Benson removed my
court files, databases and tools of trade from my home and all my computers on 11.5.2003, and still refuses to return any
of my property. I set myself the challenge 58 months ago of making medicine safer for my family and everyone. These
doctors feared my reputation and my popular following; the medical legal lodge in Maidstone stepped in - just as they
did for Dr Shipman. Shipman's scandal involves freemasons and so does my MRSA/ Criminally negligent working practices
Scandal. I can at last understand many of the bizarre things that have happened to me over the past 58 months; eg why I was
shouted at to leave Maidstone NHS Hospital's casualty on 29.2.2000, having been taken there by ambulance from my surgery.
Carole F and I were 'gob-smacked' at the behaviour of Dr Alexander at that time. I can understand why Dr Goodman over-rode
the decision for me to see a neurologist or another gynaecologist and to be under him instead. The success of my patient protection
work can be measured by what has happened to destroy me/the Patient Support Trust. World-wide people accessed our independent
patient safety web-site, it was destroyed this year; for 4 years it had been the most successful of its type in the
world. This year I was given a criminal record for running it www.medical-accident.co.uk. The web-site affected the sales
of rogue medication /doctors/insurance sales.
I attended the Court of Appeal on Friday 10.12.2004; after 4 years
of trying to bring medical criminals to justice via the Kent CPS or Kent Police or the courts, I now accept that is completely
hopeless trying to expose medical criminals via the courts or the police. For 4 years my criminal medical negligence
case has only proceeded via civil courts which have no jurisdiction to hear these matters; no judge will use CPR 30
to transfer either of my cases to the appropriate criminal court. My medical scandal started in 1982 and has escalated
out of control. I was not permitted to commence my own private prosecutions in Kent and am threatened with prison/gagging
orders, whenever I acted to protect patients/ NHS resources.
Last year the Shipman Inquiry Legal Team contacted the
GMC for my file ie Waterstone 777. I was unlawfully removed from my home and my children last Christmas (22 December)
and placed in Holloway Prison for 25 days. Instead of 'trying' my doctors for S.4 Harassment, Forgery and other charges
in a Crown Court, I was tried for S.2 Harassment by a solicitor in a Magistrates Court in May via forged documents to secure
my conviction /their protection. Whilst my trial was on-going my doctors were with Master Basil Yoxall in the High Court
restraining Patient Support assets ie my home. Dr Goodman has put his name on the title deeds of my home. Maidstone
NHS Hospital instructed the NHS Litigation Authority to incur legal costs on behalf of Dr Goodman of the BMI Somerfield Hospital.
Instead of having their assets seized under the 2002 Proceeds of Crime Act, my assets are regularly seized unlawfully. I have
been ordered me to pay my doctors £30,000. I am blamed for their crimes.
Nobody minds about The Bearsted Medical Practice's
unlawful activities with medical records/human rights breaches. The Access to Medical Records specifies access within
40 days, not 55 months. Why did it take 18 months to learn that my undressed open and festering wound was a needle stick
injury? Why did it take 55 months to learn that my medical records had been faked / hidden from me so that I would not
learn that I had MRSA? It's because they knew that I would have acted to protect patients in mid-Kent. ITV, BBC, The Independent
et al are all up to speed. People find what has happened to me to be really scary and outrageous; they are frightened
for themselves and their families.
I correctly predicted last Christmas that something would happen on 19.12.2003,
and it did. Maidstone Police told me over the phone that they wanted to arrest a private detective called Simon Rossi
for death threats, and asked me to get details of my injunction ready. I let them in and they took me away at my ex-husband's
request. I spent 25 days in Holloway Prison and did not attend my High Court Judicial Review Hearing of Lindridge v Kent Police.
The National Criminal Intelligence Services are conducting 2 investigations into Kent Police re: SI/CZ/119/2003
and MRSA. The Asset Recovery Agency, formed via the 2002 Proceeds of Crime Act, wrote directing me to continue with
legal moves to wind up the BMI Somerfield Hospital whilst they continue with their investigations. The BMI Somerfield Hospital
has obtained a Court Order to threaten me /the Government with prison if anyone expects them to compensate me/ the NHS for
what they have done. The Independent Police Complaints Commission is investigating MRSA & the Management of Epilepsy
Medication in Maidstone; there have been deaths which have gone unreported in the KM. Maidstone's 'old boy network'
has wasted millions of pounds of public money to keep MRSA a 'secret'. Killing the elderly and the sick via MRSA reduces the
pay-out via pensions/insurance policies
Although the BMI Group keep seizing my assets, I have no wish to seize their
assets - I just want them to pay me what they owe me. I have asked that we have a 7 day cooling off period whilst we
consider if we can work together for the benefit of patients. We have had a medical accreditation project sitting ready
to go for 4.5 years. The 'old adage' about masons being exempt from criminal prosecution is true as my barrister told me during
my trial that I should not expect that anyone who has committed crimes against me/ my children/ the people of Maidstone -
will ever be brought to trial. Upper Class masons plan the crimes and identify masons from the lower classes to commit
the crimes; the going rate in my case was £20,000. The Province of East Kent masons control the public sector;
it is a Conservative-led group.
If you have masons who commit crimes to protect doctors and they are exempt from criminal
prosecution, then it goes without saying that doctors are exempt from criminal prosecution. From Shipman we know that when
a doctor commits a crime, he will go on to commit more and more crimes. There is a medical accident in every family
and typically these cases involve unlawful acts with medical records. The culture of burying mistakes has to change.
My
own trial has shown me how easy it is to convict any innocent person of anything;
the press are used to persuade the public
of someone's guilt - in my case it was the Kent Messenger. Deputy District Judge Vickers (a solicitor) presided at my
Folkestone Magistrates Trial; I was told to forget about the crimes that my ex-husband (and a KM Reporter) had committed against
me. From what has since happened to Clive Taylor-Scholl from Sandling, I have learned that offences in 1980/2 carry
a maximum of 14 years in prison under the 1961 Suicide Act. There are Doctors in Maidstone who should have been arrested
and charged with S.4 Harassment and other offences, which are tried in the Crown Court.
I am not permitted to
teach for 5 years because of my 'fake' conviction, but then doctors in my case would have been struck off for 5 years if they
had gone to trial instead of me. I have let the DPP see my both driving and harassment cases so that he would know what
is going on in Kent; and as a consequence the Maidstone Crown Court has refused me leave to appeal. I have been sentenced
to work 100 hours community punishment in a Charity Shop. I am due to lose my driving licence next month and Tom has
been threatened with the same. The Criminal Case Review Commission is now dealing with my 2 appeals; a High Court
lawyer has been mis-briefing judges in my 3 Judicial Review applications and I was threatened with prison if I continued to
seek a Judicial Review of my unsafe convictions /human rights breaches. The Human Rights Act or any law does not have
to apply in Kent.
Under the 1969 Divorce Reform Act, I am not lawfully divorced from my 1st husband and he married
his 2nd wife Anna Preece, a KM Reporter, when we should have still been married.
My unlawful arrest, the theft of court
files, fake charges and bail conditions were used to prevent lawful court actions proceeding. Yvette Harvey/Tamara has also
had problems with the Maidstone County Court and enforcement of court protection orders/ divorce settlements. The Maidstone
County Court is under investigation by NCIS for money laundering offences. Did the recent murder of John Monckton have its
origins in Maidstone?
In 2002, Clive Taylor-Scholl showed me the location of the Sandling Rape near his home;
he was arrested at his Sandling home last November by 8 armed police offices and now faces a trial over offences in the 1980's,
going back to 1984. He has been charged with aiding and abetting an attempted suicide (max 14 years prison); the
case originates about 2 days after I met Clive for the first time at the Maidstone Magistrates Court in November 2002, where
I had gone to start a private prosecution against Peck/ doctors - but was refused permission.
I helped persuade Clive
to sack his Defence Team in October and so the scheduled trial did not take place. Clive's former stepdaughter had hypnosis
/hypnotherapy at the Blackthorn Surgery/ Trust and as a consequence of hypnosis has made allegations against her former stepfather.
A Bearsted man admitted raping a local boy earlier this year, but his case is not going to trial? My trial focused on
who did and did not know about the Sandling Rapes.
Lauren and Tom were home alone without heating or presents last
Christmas; I spoke to them once in 25 days over the phone and they visited me once in prison. Tom's trial for
the attempt on his life (by car) is at the Sittingbourne Magistrates Court on 16.12.2004; there was another car incident
on 8.10.2004 involving 2 knifed tyres. Kent CPS is not interested in the Witness evidence we have. Losing my driving
licence next month will cover up for the disabling car incident on 20.2.2002 with Gary Spraggan. The public should be
concerned about legal-insurance cover-ups where criminal offences have occurred. Michael James Insurance Brokers still
refuse to process 4 Insurance Claims. What is the point of paying for car and other insurance, if insurers simply refuse to
pay up/courts support them?
There is a growing trend around the UK for off-duty freemason police officers to use their
badge to pretend to be on-duty. DC Christopher Benson stated on the Witness Stand at my trial that he has not been disciplined
for anything that he has done. When an off-duty police officer from another police station is at your home and calls
for back-up, is someone going to check and see if he is really on duty or are they going to respond? A computer expert
was not permitted the opportunity of examining a computer at my trial; nobody minded about perjury. I have since
met another whistleblower, an accountant, who alleges that he has been convicted via the same Ashford CID team and via the
same method ie forged faxes; he has knowledge about housing benefit fraud in Folkestone and Hythe; he was a former
Labour councillor. This accountant says he knows a woman who believes that she was the intended victim in the Chillenden Murders
in July 1996 and that it was a case of mistaken identity/ a Kent freemason divorce settlement that went wrong; details
have been passed to Barbara Stone. Who took over from Kenny Noye as Kent's freemason gang leader in June 1996?
My
trial should not have proceeded without disclosure, but then I was always going to be found guilty. My Witnesses were
neither permitted to give evidence nor to examine evidence; we were not permitted to establish the identity of the female
prosecution witness.
The KM Reporter Anna Preece (Peck) has been living at Cara Cottage on Bearsted Green since
returning from Kingston, Surrey in 1987. Did the Bearsted Medical Practice have both of us as patients? My fake medical
records were created at the time of her 1982 marriage when she lived in Ware Street and my ex was living in Madingford. Why
did my GP, Dr Godsmark commit unlawful acts with my pre-1991 medical records? Can doctors who commit criminal acts or
abuse NHS resources be trusted again with either NHS resources or with patients? Yvette Tamara (Harvey) and I have both
complained to the Press Complaints Commission about the Kent Messenger's publicity re: us, but our complaints fell on deaf
ears.
How many people have I injured by my MRSA? I now know that I had MRSA between February and November 2000;
I understand my immune system problems and how cruel it was to bombard me with trauma after trauma. At least I now understand
why the Medway NHS Obstetrician who took over my care in the BMI Somerfield Hospital was intimidated to stay clear of the
Somerfield Hospital; but he did see me there and he used their scan on me.
The Conservative Party have
been using their public sector influence to undermine the Labour Government. 'Profit at any Price' knows no boundaries
in medicine/insurance/legal circles
My 80 year-old Polish Aunt has written to me to tell me that she is moving back
to Poland
How many OAPs and small business people are being driven out of the UK? At the time of my trial,
the Ledward Victims were being ordered to compensate those responsible for their injuries by £15,000 each. I have been
ordered to compensate those responsible for my criminal injuries by £30,000. The BMI Somerfield Hospital still refuse
to give me an invoice to show me what I have paid for; I would like to know what they charge for MRSA, a needle stick injury,
whiplash injuries, PTSD, assault, harassment, an overdose of anaesthesia, on operation that I did not need in the first place
and an epidural against my express wishes?
You may recall that on 8.6.2001 the headlines in the Kent Messenger were
about Maidstone GPs opted out the NHS to privatise their services from April 2002? This did not happen, but Maidstone's
doctors are currently on their 2nd attempt to privatise medicine, via MRSA.
Trying to protect patients and acting
to restrict council tax rises has seen me suffer a high price. I have sustained financial losses of about £500,000 since
my operation. We are facing being made homeless on 22 December and stripped of everything we have/ the Patient Support
Trust being destroyed. My solicitor has to break up the Patient Support Trust to permit a new mortgage to proceed.
Banks and Building Societies, aided by our local county courts are on target to unnecessarily make 100,000 families homeless
by the General Election.
My brother and his family were coming to visit last Christmas, we were so excited but
when he was told that I was in prison he decided not to visit. When you are celebrating Christmas please think of my
family, as it is intended that we will be homeless and we will have lost everything that my parents and I have spent our lives
working for - and all because I cared about my family, friends and patients I did not even know and acted to protect them.
If
I go to prison or we are homeless, please can someone make sure that my children do not spend Christmas alone and have presents;
