Take Notice that the Claimant / Petitioner
intends to apply to Circuit Judge Mitchell
sitting at the Maidstone County Court on the 6th
day of June 2003 at 10.00am for an
order in the following terms:

The Court verifies the accuracy of the Statement filed into Court by Nigel
Anthony Peck that on 21 July 1980 he issued the threat ‘One day
I will kill you so help me, and string you up’

The Court verifies the accuracy of the Medical Statement filed into Court by
Maidstone Hospital; this Statement was written upon the discharge of Yolande
Ann Peck on 4.9.80 after an attempt on her life, and acknowledges that the psychiatrist stated the person behind this was
Nigel Anthony Peck.

The Court verifies the accuracy of the Undertaking of 5.8.80, and
that the
collection of weapons that the Court ordered to be removed from the marital
home were a shot-gun, an air pistol, a cross-bow and a dagger

The Court verifies that in (2) above Nigel Anthony Peck was in
breach of
the Undertaking he had given the Court on 5.8.80

The Court verifies and acknowledges the accuracy of the Witness
Statement
by Barbara Mitchell, a neighbour in the cul-de-sac where the Peck
marital
home was located ie that Peck was seen in the cul-de-sac with another
man
and was therefore in breach of the Undertaking in (3) above. Moreover
that
Barbara Mitchell stated that Yolande Peck was frightened of Peck after he
had left the matrimonial home

The Court verifies and acknowledges the accuracy of the Medical Records
of Yolande Peck from 1979 to 1982 which evidence a worsening on Yolande
Peck’s health after
the Rochester Crown Court appearance on 5.8.80; and
that by 1982 Yolande Peck was receiving treatment for chronic anxiety.

The Court verifies that there was a Life Policy in place relating to
the
mortgage on the matrimonial home

The Court verifies and acknowledges that in the financial settlement
in the
divorce (1980-2); Yolande
Peck shared her beneficial interest in her Trust
Nigel Peck; Nigel Peck did not share his beneficial interest in his Trust
with
Yolande Peck.

The Court verifies and acknowledges the accuracy of a letter from
Maidstone & Malling Victim Support arising out of support given
to
Yolande Lindridge directly following an interview at Maidstone Police
Station on 14.3.2003 in SI/CZ/119/2003 (rapes, perjury and conspiracy
to
pervert the course of justice). The letter in question advises that the
support
needed by Yolande Lindridge was beyond the scope of Victim Support, and
that she needed a Rape Crisis Counsellor

The Court verifies and acknowledges the accuracy of Ashford Police
Records of 11.5.2003; and the contents of the report by the attending
doctor
ie Dr Allan Bundy ‘She gives a realistic description of abuse including
sexual abuse by her first husband (Peck) who it appears may have been a
‘control freak’ and / a
sociopath. At the time of my examination I felt that
there were probably some grounds for her beliefs and that she should be
brought back for an interview in the presence of an appropriate adult’.
Dr Bundy acknowledges the poor state of my mental health as a
consequence of being arrested at the request of Peck

The Court verifies and acknowledges that the first Hearing
that I attended
with Peck since 5.8.80 was on 3.1.2002 in the Maidstone County Court;
and that the purpose of the this Hearing was as the first Hearing ie to
gain protection. In 1980 it was for myself and my dog, in 2003 it was
for
myself, my children and my dogs.

The Court acknowledges the damage to the on-going mental
health of
Yolande Lindridge arising out of the actions of 8-11 May 2003
ie the visit by the Sheriff to Yolande Lindridge’s
home to demand £4,000
that had been obtained by perjury eg on 30.10.2001 when Peck denied the
allegations of sexual abuse / rape / anti-social behaviour
ie the arrest by Kent Police when they had evidence that the person behind
her arrest was her rapist / attempted murderer whom they had not
arrested.

The Court acknowledges that between 1980 and 1982, she financially
compensated Peck for serious crimes, and that to do it a second time
whilst Kent Police find reasons to send her to prison and not her rapist,
is a direct threat to the continued good health of Yolande Lindridge.

The Court acknowledges that a copy of the Affidavits of 1980 have
been
sent to Bob Newton, a psychologist and Prison governor (who has written
papers on psychopathy) for his expert opinion. The Court acknowledges
that Bob Newton filed a statement into court in this matter in January 03.

Dr Allan Bundy has classified me as a ‘vulnerable person’. The person
who will accompany me to the Ashford Police interview to
investigate
complaints made by my abuser against me is Patricia Shanahan, a rape
counsellor and Prison Social Worker. Mrs Shanahan is also a Witness
to ‘death threats’ and organised crime following the court hearing with
Peck on 3.1.2002 via a private detective, Simon Rossi – against which
CJ Cryan awarded me an Injunction on 10.6.2002; Rossi breached the
Injunction in November 2002 when he followed me into the Folkestone
Magistrates Court and spoke with me. Rossi was listening to the charges
I was laying before the Folkestone Magistrates re: Peck, I was
accompanied by an independent witness.

I have faxed the Witness Summonses for today’s
hearing to Det Chief
Insp Corbishly of Maidstone Police Station who is in
charge of the
March 2003 investigation into rapes, perjury and conspiracy to pervert
the course of justice re: Peck and others;
and also faxed DC Benson
of Ashford Police Station who is in charge of May 2003
investigation
into me harassing Peck after Peck sent the Sheriff to my home.
I request that Judge Mitchell makes an order that these 2 police stations
communicate with each other about myself and Peck.
I request that Judge Mitchell makes an order that Ashford Police
returns Court Files and evidence and computers that are needed
as part of Court proceedings in the Royal Courts of Justice.
Mr Hyde, Maidstone Court Manager wrote a letter for
Kent Police in
March 2003 offering them access to court files involving the claimant.
I request that Judge Mitchell and Kent Police contact both the Royal
Courts of Justice and the Office of the Sheriff of Kent Re: the Writ of Fifa, to clarify the position with the knowledge and evidence they have
I request that Judge Mitchell orders Kent Police to investigate the
‘suspicious car incident’ on 20.2.2002 that is widely believed by the business community to have been an attempt
on my life. Three managing directors have filed evidence into court expressing
similar beliefs. Judge Millward expressed her concerns on 15.8.2002 about the
suspicious car crash, burglaries and organised crime.
I request the Judge Mitchell orders Kent Police to investigate all
the crimes against me over the past 3 years and not just the crime that Peck wants investigating
I request that I am paid costs for attending today’s hearing.
