Ethics in Medicine Please
can we work together to protect children / patients?
I am in receipt of the GMC’s response of 23.10.2003, plus other 2003
responses.
My medical accident took place on Valentine’s Evening 2000, but I first
contacted the GMC in 2003 to make a complaint about doctors. I had not bothered
complaining before because I am well aware from patients that I support, that contacting the GMC and expecting ‘patient
protection’ is a complete and utter waste of time. The GMC only acts to
‘protect patients’ when a medical scandal cannot be contained any longer.
Patients mis-trust the GMC and see it as a waste of public money. How can a body purport to protect patients when it does nothing to prevent doctors who they ‘struck
off’ from working in the NHS, from working with patients in the private sector?
Patient Support’s Company Secretary is a decent freemason, and he is
ashamed of the cover-ups and scandals involving freemason paedophile Thomas Hamilton (Dunblane), freemason Dr Harold Shipman,
freemason involvement in the Bristol Baby cover-up, and the fake death of freemason, Dr Rodney Ledward etc.
On behalf of all patients, I would like to strongly object to the GMC’s
Policy of allowing certain doctors to change their name by Deed Poll once convicted of being a pervert/ paedophile via the
Operation Ore police investigation. These doctors are on the sex offenders register
and their patients have the right to know they are consulting a sex offender. As
Kent is a world-wide centre for paedophilia and a safe haven for perverts, rapists and paedophiles – I am sure that
we have some of these doctors with name changes in Kent eg as a new Locum, new Consultant.
As I am aware that convicted paedophiles /sex offenders have been re-trained in Kent as Health & Safety Consultants
(earning £500 per day); I am sure that these doctors will also have safe job
titles such as Rape Crisis Doctor, GP, Paediatrician, Breast Cancer Doctor etc
On behalf of all patients, I would like to object to how slowly the Kent Operation
Ore list has been prosecuted. Dr Christopher Latimer, a Maidstone freemason at
Grand Rank, was the first to be convicted in Kent before the list was handed over to Kent Police. I am all too aware that the Kent Operation Ore list has been shared out amongst those on it and they have
formed a ‘freemason organised crime ring’ committed to protection all on the list ie if you pull one down, you
pull them all down. There are ‘big names’ on the Kent list with money
to throw at protection.
This Maidstone organised crime ring identified me as one of their biggest threats
/ Public Enemy No 1. They are right, because since they threatened to section
me in June 2001, I have been pursuing them and the publication of the Kent Operation Ore list.
The Kent list is probably now corrupt, but I have access to an Original List.
Even more disgusting is learning that certain medical promotions to potentially
very high earning consultancy positions, is only open to a minority of freemasons who have taken a ‘loyalty test’
involving paedophilia.
Some of this Maidstone gang, are Jewish and an insult to decent Jewish people.
I would like the GMC to support my work and pursue the prosecution of all un-convicted
paedophiles / perverts that must still be a risk to British children and patients. I
understand that paedophiles must live somewhere and Kent already imports them as they come out of prison. Why not tag them all and monitor them via a monitoring station? All
paedophiles access Child Porn & Incest web-sites, but not all who access these web-sites are paedophiles, just perverts. All those on the Operation Ore list should receive a life time ban from accessing
the internet, unless supervised. Operation Ore originated from Operation Avalanche
in Texas.
The Texas web-site was shut-down on 8.9.99;
it had 250,000 world-wide names of which 35,000 were from the USA and 7,272 were British. The Home Office wrote and encouraged me to chase up Kent Police, there have only been 2,000 UK prosecutions
to date. Some on the list have committed suicide and some have fled to Spain,
others have resigned to protect pensions etc. Prosecution of these 7,272 should
have been relatively simple ie 7,272 Notices of Prosecution to home addresses through the post to attend court and explain
why they had been paying £21 per month or £252 per annum via their monthly credit card payments, to view some of the most
depraved and disgusting child pornography. But there are 400 ‘big names’
on the list ie doctors, judges, solicitors, teachers, priests, police and media (include 5 national media figures) and politicians. They are a business network committed to give each other wealth, power, influence
and protection and to destroying those they perceive to be a threat. It was always
only ever going to be a matter of time before this list was published anyway; all
the national press have copies of the list.
Up to now I have respectfully gone through the typical GMC Complaints process,
but the GMC letter of 23.10.2003, in response to my faxed letter of 21.10.2003, has made me decide to change the tone of my
communications with the GMC.
I have supplied the GMC with the information that I can locate Dr Rodney Ledward’s
overseas address via a BBC Corruption Journalist ie Rafael Rowe. Don’t
you think that Dr Ledward’s 60 rape victims deserve justice by seeing Dr Ledward face justice?
There are 3 medical-legal lodges that I know of ie in Manchester, Bristol and
Maidstone (Lodge No 6069 The Bearsted Lodge) who have conspired to cover-up disgusting medical scandals until the scandal
cannot be suppressed any longer. These scandals primarily involve women and children,
doesn’t the GMC have respect for women and children? Or does it only respect
arrogant butchering freemason doctors?
In the Bristol Baby Scandal doctors were behaving more like gangsters against
one of their own, than behaving as caring, responsible doctors who protect patients.
In Maidstone, we also have doctors behaving more like gangsters than doctors,
and from what Dr Phil Hammond has told me they have the same problem in London.
These rogue doctors need to be made an example of in order to stop others from
following their lead/ example. ‘Profit at any price’ has no place
in medicine.
Medical Accident Solicitors are a joke, they are freemasons too and on the
side of the rogue doctor; they give false hope to medical accident victims and
take money from them under false pretences. Medical accident victims want to
get over the inevitable PTSD that came with their medical accident. Medical accident
victims want to recover from their ordeal, but in order to do so they need to get answers and be given justice, so that they
can get on with their life. Often all that most medical accident patients need
is a simple expression of genuine regret by those at fault.
It is the lies, the deception, the abuse, the tampering with medical records
& x-rays that make patients trawl the internet, hire private detectives, take out advertisements in newspapers over many,
many years. I know of patients who are still searching for justice and answers
more than 10 years down the line, their life and future is on hold until they get answers and justice. They merely want to recover from their ordeal.
Patients do not trust doctors, and this is a world-wide problem; they consult me in preference to a doctor. They share information
with each other (via www.medical-accident.co.uk) in preference to seeing their own GP / consultant.
GPs earn £80,000 per annum, paid for by the public purse; they earn more than
99% of their patients and yet the skills and standards that most of them expect to use as part of their job are significantly
less than their patients use in their own workplaces. A greater understanding
of risk assessment and continuous professional development would be a start. Where are all the doctors who have stood by me
since my medical accident? Where are all the doctors who have helped me get over my medical accident? Dr Dominique Schwander helped me at no cost to me, in return I helped him too. Dr Geoff Roberts helped me at no cost to me, in return I helped him too.
Do patients in Maidstone have to go to Switzerland and Warrington to get
the support they need to recover from a medical condition?
Compensation is not the main goal of medical accident victims, and is rarely
awarded in any case. Medical accident victims want to protect other patients
from suffering.
In the UK, the Clinical Negligence Protocol is in breach of the Human Rights
Act.
Clinical Negligence Solicitors work as one right across the UK. Medical accident victims often have very limited financial resources, they are not aware that they are
paying £150 per hour to a solicitor who is probably earning a second fee from someone else to stuff their case. AVMA promotes rogue solicitors.
There are only a few web-sites that are genuinely on the side of patients and
some are at the top of this letter.
If I did not have to spend so much of the last 4 years warding off attacks from perverts I could have been developing

I could have been raising money to finance an independent drug / medication
testing facility. We could have been accrediting doctors. I have given my 2 properties worth £1,000,000 to the ‘Patient Support Trust’; but we have no income and so I have not been able to afford to heat my home
this year.
My business was finally smashed to pieces last Christmas, since then I have
been recovering my health and working full-time, for no income, doing Patient Support work ie reducing the risks for children
and for patients. Medical staff I have seen in Maidstone look at me as if I am
scum. I have had breast cancer, my son and I have had suspicious car accidents
– we both have injuries, my son has Pierre Roban syndrome. Over the past
2 years it has been impossible to get GP support for either me or my son. Maidstone
doctors will treat foreign children who are paying guests in my home, but insult me by refusing to treat my own son.
My son’s GCSE’s were ruined by lack of medical support and terrifying
attacks on our home, his A Levels are going the same way. Where are the caring
responsible doctors in Maidstone? What will Maidstone doctors say to patients
who will ask them “What did you do to support Yolande Lindridge, her children and Patient Support? How will Maidstone patients feel about trusting Maidstone doctors? I know how I felt when I had to face reality ie doctors I trusted had betrayed me and used confidential
information to hurt me. I was bombarded with trauma after trauma.
I tried so hard to give the Bearsted Medical Practice the opportunity to put
things right, I thought that they did not all know what was going on. I gave
up trying in December 2002 by which time I knew they all knew and condoned it.
I am working with the Litigants in Persons Society who are representing decent
freemasons in the Liverpool Courts as they try to recover the proceeds from the Sale of the Royal Masonic Hospital ie it was
sold for £80,000,000 but only £200,000 went back into freemason charity funds. The
freemason asset strippers rip off their own charity funds and fellow freemasons too! For more details phone 01227 281112.
I no longer trust solicitors, doctors, judges or police in Maidstone –
I would like to trust, but how can I when they have shown me that they cannot be trusted?
My response to the GMC letter of 23.10.2003 (paragraph by paragraph)

I do not agree. My complaint has not been carefully considered. It is a matter that should justify action by the GMC

I agree that your role is to license doctors to practise in the UK and to provide guidance to doctors on what constitutes
good medical practice. So why don’t you fulfil your role?
I understand that not all alleged breaches of that guidance will warrant
action by the GMC. Please can the GMC supply a list of what breaches will warrant
action by the GMC? I will then publish it on our web-site.
I understand that the GMC has powers to take action against a doctor only
where his or her behaviour justifies restricting or removing his registration.
I understand that the legal definition is behaviour described as ‘serious
professional misconduct’ or ‘seriously deficient performance.’ Would
the GMC consider appearing in the Old Bailey or a Crown Court on criminal charges as ‘serious professional misconduct’?

I do believe that the GMC has given careful consideration to this matter.
I do believe that the GMC understands my reasons for writing to them.
I do not believe that the GMC understands my distress over this matter.
The event complained about did not take place more than 5 years
ago, it took place in July 2001 when the Bearsted Medical Practice unlawfully sent my medical records to a firm of solicitors; as a consequence certain medical records were with-held from me and new forged
records were inserted in my medical records, then sent to me and have been filed in court (ie they are now a public record). I am aware from the contents of these forged letters that the source of information
could only come from a very limited number of people.
I have never visited Oakwood Hospital in 1982/8. I have visited a place on the other side of the road ie a place that is now called the Pagoda. The phone number on the 1982 letters is for the new Maidstone Hospital which did not open until October
1983. The contents of the letters contain factual inaccuracies, but some of the
information identifies the writer of the letters.
A phone number I have for John Pinchof in the early 1990s is 01622 710161,
and not Maidstone 29000. I was referred to John Pinschof in 1982 by my GP Dr E Brown for Chronic Anxiety because I was being stalked and terrorised, the same
thing happened again in 1987/8.
I am not a liar, I do not falsely accuse men of rape and I object to offensive
comments being placed in my medical records undermining both of my rape experiences ie in April 1974 by a stranger and in
1980 by my husband whilst separated (the technical expression is not rape, but buggery with GBH).
What other medical records are forged?
I am aware of factual inaccuracies on the BMI Somerfield Hospital operating notes that I have from Valentines Evening
2000? But if Dr Sherry’s name has been used to cover up something else,
has Dr Waterstone’s name also been used to cover up something else?
Was Dr Mark Waterstone in the Operating Theatre with me on Valentine’s
Evening 2000? Or was his name being used by the contributor to the forged Dr
Sherry letters? Is the identity of this person the man whose allegation is on
court file as saying to me on Monday 21 July 1980 “One day I will kill you so help me, and string you up”?
Is this man the reason that Dr Goodman intervened in my medical treatment?

The letters I am complaining about purport to have been written in 1982 and 1988.
I attach a Medical Report compiled by my GP, Dr Eric Brown dated 1.5.1991. This
report is in the Maidstone County Court files and covers 1980-1991. There is
no mention of me being a ‘mad’ woman or being under the care of any psychiatrist.
There is no mention of me falsely accusing men of rape. There is no mention
of me being a liar. There is no mention of my being knocked over by a bus in
Bromley and hospitalised just before my wedding to Nigel Peck. Dr Brown’s
medical knowledge of me started in 1979 and I left the past in the past, wanting a fresh start in Maidstone in July 1978.

As you say that the GMC has no procedure to get ‘offensive and inaccurate medical records altered’ as it
is not possible to retrospectively alter or remove medical records or correspondence.
The recommendation of the GMC is that I contact the Information Commissioner and get my Statement of Truth to be placed
with /alongside the offensive forged document. I object.
There is legislation about Counterfeiting & Forgery; I should know as this ‘organised crime ring’ had me falsely charged on 4.7.2003 with an offence
concerning a Maidstone County Court Witness Summons, and I was told by Ashford Magistrates that I was going to be committed
to the Maidstone Crown Court to answer charges, for which the maximum sentence is 10 years.
What is good enough for me, is certainly good enough for those who forge
medical records and it will clear my name, and will act as a deterrent to all those doctors who routinely fake, forge and
edit medical records after a medical accident.

‘The General Medical Council is not able to confirm or deny where a doctor was working in any given year’ This policy encourages forgery and allows the reputations of decent doctors
to be abused by the minority who are unscrupulous. Shouldn’t the
GMC hold complete career details of all doctors to make investigation of complaints more thorough ie so that rogue doctors
can be identified at an earlier stage eg Dr Harold Shipman?

‘The General Medical Council cannot get involved with issues as to why some medical records have been ‘unlawfully’
sent to a firm of solicitors before being released to you, or why you feel some particular records have been withheld from
you by the Bearsted Medical Practice. You would need to ask them directly about
this, or else the PCT which governs them. You can contact your Citizen’s
Advice Bureau about this.’
I wrote and asked them in July 2001, I asked for a meeting to discuss
this issue in July 2001. I am still waiting for a response to my reasonable request. I Witness Summonsed them to attend the Maidstone County Court on 15.8.2002 and they
refused to attend. I signed on as a temporary patient in November 2002 and saw
2 GPs I had not been under before and asked them to help me.
The Practice Manager gave me evidence in December 2002 that they had lied
to me about my medical records ie they still had computerised medical records on me and my children in December 2002. I Witness Summonsed the Bearsted Medical Practice Manager and the BMI Somerfield Hospital
Anaesthesia Nurse to supply information or attend the Maidstone County Court on 10.1.2003.
They did not supply information and they did not attend the Maidstone County Court on 10.1.2003. What have they got to hide?
How did District Judge Linda Burgess know where the Bearsted Medical
Practice had unlawfully sent my medical records, when I didn’t know?
There are 3 female judges at the Maidstone County Court ie DJ Linda Burgess, DJ Edwina Millward and CJ Susan Hamilton. They
all had a hand in my medical accident case there. The 4th Judge who
sits at the Maidstone County Court is CJ David Mitchell who was presiding on 10.1.2003 when the Bearsted Medical Practice
and the BMI Somerfield Hospital Anaesthesia Nurse did not comply with their Witness Summonses.
This case is now in the High Court with an Application to merge my 2 Appeal Cases.
On 11.5.2003 Ashford Police raided my home and took copies of these Witness
Summonses. Someone has accessed the file at the Royal Courts of Justice and removed
these Witness Summonses. The Maidstone County Court manager refused my request
on 20.10.2003 to access my medical accident case file and the case file involving my ex-husband; instead when I turned up for the 2pm appointment there were 6 security guards standing around and I was
handed a bundle that did not include the Witness Summonses.
What has the Maidstone County Court got to hide?
On 6.6.2003, Circuit Judge Mitchell threatened me in the Maidstone County
Court with a 28 day section order. He diagnosed me as suffering from delusions
and needing to take lithium. CJ Mitchell treated me like an animal that day,
he had me double-handcuffed and pinned down before abusing me and sending me to the cells for the day. At the end of the day CJ Mitchell ordered me to see a psychiatrist, I did not go.
I had been threatened with sectioning in June 2001, by Maidstone police
and doctors; I sought the help of doctors but all they did was terrify me and
on 11.6.2001 I left Maidstone, with the police in pursuit. I spent the night
out in the open in Bromley before making my way to the offices of national newspapers where I met with Aziza Kurtha of ITN
Factual; the plan was to get me on the news if I was sectioned. Now I help other patients and child rights campaigners who have been sectioned or are threatened with sectioning.
There is no respect for my Patient Support work in Maidstone, but I have
earned international respect outside of Kent. There was another threat to me
on 18.9.2003 and my international supporters let the courts and police know that I have a powerful band of supporters.
When these matters get their hearing in court, I will not be alone. These groups will be there with me: medical
accident victims, victims of rape, victims of domestic violence, victims of Masonic ill-treatment, victims of paedophiles,
ex-wives of freemasons, child and patient rights campaigners, victims of solicitors, victims of police corruption, victims
of injustice and children who appreciate all that needed doing to make this world a better place for them and their children.
Will there be any doctors there supporting me?

‘You feel that the Bearsted Medical Practice has struck you off their list.
This is not generally a matter for the General Medical Council. Again
please contact the practice directly or the Citizen’s Advice Bureau.’
They struck us off on 8.10.2001 at a time when I had had no contact with
them for 2 months, and I had just re-contacted them to supply medical evidence to the police about my ex-husband, Nigel Peck. (See the comments above)
From what I can see, the medical person of highest influence in the Maidstone
area is a freemason doctor called Dr Jonathan Goodman; I do not believe that
I have his permission to have a GP. Please can the GMC ask Dr Goodman if I and
my son have his permission to have a GP, breast cancer check-ups etc etc.

New legislation should be passed so that all patients keep their own copies
of their medical records ie so there are 2 sets, one for the patient and one for the doctor.
This will prevent editing, forgery and offensive comments being unfairly placed in medical records following a medical
accident.

‘The G M C is not able to tell the Orchard Surgery anything’.
I had already anticipated that the GMC would not be able to clear my name
or get my children and I the medical treatment that is our right, hence this letter is being copied to numerous people and
will become a public record.
I am due on court next month for non-payment of council tax. I will use the opportunity to make a public record of huge mis-appropriation of public expenditure in Maidstone
by doctors, solicitors, judges, police and staff at the Maidstone County Court. I
will use the opportunity to object to the non-prosecution of paedophiles / perverts on the Kent Operation Ore list. I will object to the fact that this list has been shared out amongst them so that they formed an organised
crime ring / protection ring. I will object to the loss of my business and income,
the damage to my health and my children’s.
My daughter was vomiting 2 -3 times per week when she came into our home
from school between May and October 2001; I asked Dr Godsmark of the Bearsted
Medical Practice to treat her – but she got struck off. Her condition arose
out of the terror tactics at our home – which also involved police and doctors.
I have had doctors sending couriers up to my office to intimidate me.

‘The General Medical Council is not able to ask the Orchard Surgery to register you or your son as patients. If you or your son are in need of medical care and you do not have a GP, then the
PCT can help you find a medical practitioner to provide such care.’
From my Patient Support work I am aware that once a doctor has struck
you off this becomes a regular event at every practice you register at. I do
not need further humiliation by doctors who have broken the law and are protected by all other doctors in the area, either
voluntarily or through fear.
When I first met Dr Czaykowski, we got on well and he wanted to help me.
I did not compromise him by signing on as a permanent patient, just a
temporary one so that he could find out unofficially what he was letting himself get involved in. The next time I saw him, he could not look me in the eye – he looked worried.
I believe that Dr Czaykowski is a good man. I do not believe that any decent GP will take me and my son on as permanent patients, until I have sorted
out the ‘thugs’ in Maidstone. Please help
If anyone ever tells you that the 13 Maidstone Lodges meet in secret for charitable
purpose, please laugh and then ask them about Yolande, Lauren & Tom Lindridge, our 2 Golden Retrievers, my business and
charitable interests.
12 of the Lodges meet at Tovil, some Maidstone freemasons are also Rotarians.
Each of the Lodges has 5 officials ie 65 freemason officials in Maidstone.
Patient Support wrote to all 65 officials in November 2002 asking for their
help.
What was their response? All 65
sent the letter back to Patient Support with no stamp on the envelope, so that all 65 letters had be collected and 99p paid
for each of them; this was spread over a 2-3 week period. Then all 65 telephoned Maidstone Police and made complaints about me and Patient Support.
The Maidstone freemasons have also been sending freemason police round to my
home since June 2001 to terrify me and my children. For more details of Maidstone

that stretch overseas to places where there is overt paedophilia / with paedophile friendly laws – just like ours!
I have international respect for my child protection work, but in Maidstone
a bunch of freemason perverts have been doing their best to make sure that I have no reputation, no income and their ‘reputation’
is protected.
To add insult to injury I am expected to appear in the High Court on Thursday
and pay these criminals £30,000 legal expenses for a 5 minute hearing in my medical accident case. This follows the BMI Somerfield Hospital unlawfully serving a Statutory Demand on me for their £4,000 disputed
medical accident debt, and with the help of the Maidstone County Court, my properties worth £1,000,000 were seized and it
took me a year ie until 31.3.2003 in the RCJ Bankruptcy Court before I could seize them back from these freemason asset strippers. But, I am luckier than most – as usually you lose everything to a Kent freemason
asset stripping ring
I have been threatened with sectioning twice, I have been incarcerated 4 times
this year, I have had enough of these bullying thugs in Maidstone.
I do not believe that most doctors want to protect paedophiles, rapists, criminals,
perverts and murderers, but I may be wrong? We’ll see what happens next.
