Dear Mr Walsh and Ms Magill
I write to acknowledge a non-recorded delivery letter of 13.11.2003 from Ms
Magill and have identified a London fax number at the bottom of the letter.
Please find attached a letter to Dr Waterstone of today’s date.
I would be grateful if you would ask Dr Jonathan Goodman, the BMI Somerfield
Hospital and the Bearsted Medical Practice if they would desist in their second attempt to make me unlawfully bankrupt as
this a tool that they have used once before to conspire to pervert the course of justice.
This ‘trio’ have mis-appropriated public monies and I am advising
the National Audit Office, the NHS should not be used to subsidise private hospitals and private doctors, especially as our
private hospitals are owned by overseas venture capitalists and much needed money is already being diverted out of the UK.
The Solicitors representing this ‘Trio’ all knew about the Double
Jeopardy and so their firms should bear the cost of their work.
Pursuing me with threats should be regarded as intimidation and harassment; I have had to spend a considerable amount of my time on unnecessary legal costs and
work; I understand that I can charge £120 per hour for this. I believe that Dr Jonathan Goodman, the partners at the Bearsted Medical Practice and the ‘BMI Operating
Team’ should all contribute personally to my legal expenses.
I believe that they should all contribute personally to payments for compensation
and damages.
I hope that the Shipman Inquiry decides to close the Bearsted Medical Practice,
with maximum publicity, as an example to all other GPs who consider that they are above the law and can therefore commit serious
criminal acts, with immunity.
I hope that the Shipman Inquiry decides to take action about what they learn
about the BMI Somerfield Hospital.
Please can you guide Dr Jonathan Goodman to withdraw his demand for £10,000
legal costs from me, as all I have tried to do is to protect other patients.
Please can I have a faxed response by 10.00am tomorrow ie 19.11.2003 to fax
number 01622 862244.
Yours sincerely
