Please find attached Form for your Completion, as my solicitor said that I should write directly to Witnesses to request their attendance.

Please can you bring a copy of the Kent Operation Ore list with you, as an accident investigator /former DCI has linked the attempt on my son’s life (for which the Kent CPS are prosecuting him!) to the Kent Operation Ore list?

I attach a Transcript of SI/CZ/119/2003 ie the investigation that you instigated and asked me to give Witness Evidence in on 14.3.2003.

I attach a Motive for my arrest and the Kent CPS prosecution which links to the earlier SI/CZ/119/2003 investigation.  A Trust expert has this week confirmed that I have been a beneficiary of a multi-million pound Trust Fund since 28.7.1978  (Mr Fuller already has a copy and Gareth Davies).

My son is also believed to be a beneficiary of this same Trust Fund. 

An accident investigator/ former DCI has confirmed that the car crash involving my son on 25.7.2003, was an attempt on his life.  

I attach a General Order of 8.4.2003

Please can you write to me explaining why SI/CZ/119/2003 has not proceeded to a prosecution?  Master Miller told me this week that if you are reluctant, the DPP has the power. 

I have arranged for a Video Monitor to be present at my trial, and the Press.  We will be showing the SI/CZ/119/2003 tapes.

At least now that I understand about the Trust Fund, I understand that the 1980 rapes were not personal nor were the efforts to persuade me to die personal, it was all about being a widower/ The Trust Fund.  Peck blamed me and I felt guilty;  I carried all those guilty feelings for so many years.  I now understand why domestic violence spiralled out of control after taking steps to leave my marriage via Whitehead Monckton & Co from September 1979 onwards;  I even know how my husband found out that I was consulting a solicitor.

This has been a painful but healing experience

Are you sure that you are prosecuting the correct people?  My son and I are the victims of crime, not the perpetrators?

The Patient Support Trust has serious concerns that this case is about undermining the already pathetic child protection laws in this country, and setting a disgusting legal precedent to protect wealthy un-prosecuted perverts on the Kent Operation Ore list.
