Dear Ms Singleton

Criminal Medical Negligence

I write to update you and to ensure that your Mr Cato has the opportunity of proving to the British public that things have changed, and that the GMC is no longer covering up for rogue doctors.

I understand that your perception of criminal negligence is different from patients, so I have taken the liberty of enclosing your details in a mailer so that patients and press

can contact you to explain why they have a problem with the GMC’s attitude to my case.  I have now unlawfully spent 25 days in Holloway Prison and have a fake criminal conviction because that is what criminal doctors in my area can organise in order to protect themselves ie to someone who is a threat because of knowledge of their crimes can get convicted of offences that they have committed themselves! 

Kent Police are not at all pleased at learning that they had been duped by Maidstone’s doctors and a Financial Adviser.

It’s very easy to have MRSA rates at 40 times higher than in Holland if your strategy is to undermine the NHS /the Labour Government and to sell more private medical insurance.  We have some doctors with very warped minds in Maidstone.

I attach a High Court document that gives the GMC a chance to put right my case; and creates an opportunity for the GMC and the Patient Support Trust, to work together.  Please can we try?

People find what has happened to me to be both scary and outrageous;  the doctors in my case have behaved like common gangsters.  Why should the life of the Founder of the leading UK Independent Patient Safety Agency be sacrificed to protect doctors who have committed crimes?  It is a mark of my success that £500,000 was put up to smash me, my businesses and my charities down/ publicly rubbish me so that no one would believe me if I found out what they had been up to.  What other Patient Safety Agency in the UK has suffered like mine.  Our web-site www.medical-accident.co.uk was the No 1 of its kind in the world for 4 years until it was destroyed this year;  I have a criminal conviction for this web-site too!

I would like to work with the GMC to sort these doctors in Maidstone;  they are currently being investigated by the National Criminal Intelligence Services and the Asset Recovery Agency.  The Bearsted Medical Practice is being rewarded for their role in a MRSA scandal and unlawful acts with medical records, with a new Primary Care Centre. 

The Labour Government has been up-to-speed since 22.10.2004 about these rogue/ criminal doctors in Maidstone and their use of MRSA.

Maidstone’s rogue doctors intimidate decent doctors.

The hardest thing of all is to get a doctor arrested or to get permission to proceed with a criminal case against a doctor.  To do this I need the help of the GMC, please?

Please can we work together on this and leave past differences firmly in the past?
