Dear Mr Rumble
MRSA in Britain / Kent David
Blunkett vs Lord Hoffman
On 26.11.2004, David Blunkett’s
Asset Recovery Agency backed me in winding up the BMI Somerfield Hospital over its MRSA decisions/ strategy in 2000.
On 29.11.2004, the High Court issued an Injunction, with a penal notice attached
against me and the Home Office re: the BMI Somerfield Hospital until 13.12.2004.
On 13.12.2004, I did not attend a High Court Hearing; this morning’s post gives details of a continuing injunction, with penal notice against myself/the
Home Office.
Lord Hoffman was my barrister and obtained me a life-long court protection
order on 5.8.80 (attached), but the Order failed to prevent crime and no one will enforce it because of the 2002 Proceeds
of Crime Act. So I now have 2 Restraining Orders.
For a 2nd time a barrister let me down ie at my trial with Peck
in May 2004 ie my barrister, Stella Harris. Lord Hoffman is protecting a KM Reporter
ie Anna Preece, and 3 Doctors involved in my medical scandal which started with faked medical records re: rape in 1982. The three doctors in 1982 were Dr Goodman, John Pinshcof and Dr Sherry. Three of the
doctors involved in my 2000 BMI Somerfield MRSA /dangerous working practices scandal are Dr Goodman, John Pinschof and my
GP at the Bearsted Medical Practice ie Dr Godsmark. The High Court has ordered
the Land Registrar to commit a criminal act to protect Dr Goodman ie to condone NHS Fraud.
On 15.12.2004, David Blunkett resigned.
Please find attached. Would you like to help clean up medicine or do you
want to protect BMI, Lord Hoffman and the GMC?
David Blunkett was right to create the 2002 Proceeds of Crime Act. The Bearsted Medical Practice should not be rewarded with a new Primary Care Centre.
Yours sincerely
