World War II veteran Norman Scarth served on the notorious
Arctic Russian Convoys to Murmansk & in the Scharnhorst battle. Before considering
his fate, a reminder of what he helped to end.
“I, Franz
Blaha, being duly sworn, depose & state as follows: I was sent as a prisoner
to the Dachau Concentration Camp … I was to be the subject of an experimental operation, & only succeeded in avoiding
this by admitting that I was a physician. … I was taken into the hospital as a surgeon (&) was directed to conduct
a stomach operation on 20 healthy prisoners. Because I would not do this I was
put in the autopsy room. … From
mid-1941 to the end of 1942 some 500 operations on healthy prisoners were performed.
… by students & doctors of only two years training. …
The doctors who supervised these operations were Lang, Murmelstadt, Wolter, Ramsauer
& Kahr. Standartenfuhrer Dr. Lolling
frequently witnessed these operations.
“(The victims) were never volunteers but were forced to submit. Malaria
experiments on about 1,200 people were conducted by Dr. Klaus Schilling … . Schilling
was personally asked by Hitler to conduct these experiments. … In 1942 & 1943 experiments on human beings were conducted by Dr. Sigismund Rascher … .The majority
died. Of those who lived many became mentally deranged. … experiments were performed by Dr. Brachtl on healthy people … .
“Phlegmone experiments were conducted by Dr. Schutz, Dr. Babor, Dr. Kieselwetter & Professor Lauer. …
My autopsy showed that the chemical treatment had been harmful … .”

Those horrors only came about because the German people were either happy to join in, or turned a blind eye. As is shown, there was no shortage of ‘doctors’ willing to experiment on the unfortunate ‘patients’. Those victims who went to the gas chambers quickly were the fortunate ones.

If you doubt it, consider the horrific treatment of
Norman Scarth, described by Tony Benn as a War Hero when Norman stood against him at the 1997 General Election. Though he
did not expect to win, Chesterfield was one of only four seats in the country where the massive swing to Labour was reversed.

Having received a savage sentence of 10 years for
a first supposed ‘offence’ (at the age of 75), his appeal against sentence,
& application for bail pending appeal against conviction was to be heard on 31st July 2002. (The skulduggery
to prevent it will be described later).

In response to a request from the Appeal Court, on
27 May 2002 prison Doctor Barrington Barber, reported, “He is a likeable,
frail man of 76 years. … I refer you to his published book & attached
letters, which make fascinating reading. I have nothing to add except to reiterate
the point that Mr. Norman Scarth is NOT suffering from any proven mental
disorder”.

That was the Report of an honest decent prison doctor. Yet Norman Scarth is now in Newton Lodge ‘Secure Mental Hospital’, Wakefield,
where drug crazy doctors Patrick Quinn & Jamie Pick are desperate to pump him full of drugs. They would have done so by force already but for nurses who would not be party to it.

Quinn called in consultant Professor Stephen Curran
hoping for support. Norman allowed him only five minutes, but presented him with
a dossier of testimonials which chronicles his whole life for 60 years from the age of 17.
Curran dissuaded Quinn & Pick from their evil ways, but hadn’t the courage to speak out & say, “This
man is completely sane” (which is the truth).
Instead, he uses only weasel words, saying, “I would avoid using a classical depot anti-psychotic because
of the increased risk of side effects (including death!) in older people”.
Though 77, Norman is far from ‘old’. Why should anyone want
to turn this sane man into a zombie? -
& risk killing him to do so?

There are those who would like to prevent him standing
for Parliament again, writing another
book, winning another case in
the European Court of Human Rights, thus bringing another
much needed change in British law. In a letter to Jacqui Lait MP dated 1/9/98
Geoffrey Hoon MP, then Ld. Chancellor’s spokesman in the Commons, confirmed the change was to be incorporated into the
1998 Human Rights Act. The change was much disliked by The Establishment –
especially Blair, Booth, Irvine, Woolf & Co.! Norman had a more important
case in the pipeline at Strasbourg.
10) The second point of his 1997 Election Manifesto had been, “From
the days of my youth I had believed lawyers & judges worthy of respect. I
have recently discovered that many of them are not. I have documentary proof,
& will publish a book in the near future”.
11) He did. It was entitled ‘CAUSE
FOR CONCERN’. Following this came his success in the ECtHR & the change
in UK Law. He achieved this single handed - without a lawyer. Quite a success for a little old farmer who left school at 13!
12) He intended to stand in Sedgefield against Tony Blair at the 2001 General
Election, with corruption in the courts his main manifesto point. It was not
to be. On 8th August 1999 there was a crude attempt on his life. Eleven months later a crime was manufactured against him, & after a grotesque
‘trial’ (the press banned) a savage sentence of ten years – for
a first ‘offence’ – at the age of 75!
13) Further instalments will tell more of the skulduggery that put this brave
man in this horrendous situation in a supposedly civilised & humane country. We
will go back to the attack of 8th August 1999 by a private army in blue uniforms.
Then the nation-wide cover-up of that crime on a completely law abiding old pensioner by West Yorkshire Police.
14) You will meet a brick wall if you ask questions about it, or fobbed of
with lies, & warned off if you dare to persist. There followed the stitching
up for a crime, the Star Chamber ‘trial’, mental torture & physical brutality in prison, the blocking of his
appeal, then after 19 months in prison, the quashing of the savage 10 year sentence completely - & substitution of a worse one!

Late Note: The appeal court document which ordered that Norman Scarth be detained in Newton Lodge ‘Secure Mental
Hospital’ did not carry the name of any judge, nor the Court Seal. It was
signed only by an underling FOR
‘The Registrar’. It claimed that two (unnamed) doctors had stated that Norman Scarth was suffering from an (unnamed)
‘mental illness’. I t also stated that he was to be detained
at Newton Lodge, “for a period of 12 weeks” (from 25/11/2002), &
“be brought before Sheffield Crown Court on or before 10th February 2003”.
We now learn there
was a secret hearing on Friday 7th February 2003 at Sheffield Crown Court, without Norman being told a thing about it,. IF IT CAN HAPPEN TO HIM IT CAN HAPPEN TO YOU!
Update 10/3/03: The much belated report of Dr. Quinn (6/3/03)
contained most monstrous lies, which can be proved as such. He repeated them
from the witness box on 7/3/03, which makes them perjury. Extract below: (rather different to honest Dr. Barber’s!)
Update 23/3/03: A letter dated 21 March 2003 from the General Medical Council addressed to Mr. Norman Scarth, Newton Lodge
Gulag (!), says:
“Thank you
for your letters & enclosures of 10 & 11 march 2003, addressed to Professor Sir Graeme Catto (President of the GMC) about treatment given by Dr. Patrick J.Quinn & Professor Stephen Curran.
Your correspondence
will be forwarded to a case worker, who will consider your documents in regards to our Fitness to Practise Procedures, &
shall be in contact with you as soon as possible.

Further
update by Norman Scarth, 16 Jan. 2004. To give the Devil his due, Dr. Quinn did do SOMETHING good. From the witness box on 4 April 2003, he told Judge Goldsack, “Sending
him back to prison could have catastrophic consequences on his mental health”.
Hiding his glee Goldsack did exactly that, where The Prison Service people are doing their best to make Dr. Quinn’s
predictions come true!
