1)      Someone has kindly sent me copies of documents relating to your Petition to the European Parliament, & information from Dr. Adoko.  Yes please, I would like ELC to represent me before the Petition Committee of the European Parliament, & would like you to continue doing so after my death, which is imminent.  Authority Form enclosed.

2)      My own success in the European Court of Human Rights (case 33745/96) has paradoxically given me evidence of the endemic corruption in that body, equaling that in the British courts, the Convention having been drafted mainly by British lawyers.   The ECtHR’s own ‘40Year Survey’ (ask them for a copy) showed that not one case complaining of the ’bias’ of a British judge had ever GOT to the Court (apart from an odd Court Martial) – much less been decided upon!  I myself know of scores who had tried to do so, & there must be hundreds.  All had been blocked by the ‘gatekeepers’ or by the now defunct Commission.  They TOTALLY IGNORED part of my application, though they did allow me to win another part.

3)      A warning to anyone thinking of taking a case to the ECtHR:  You may spend a lot of time & money, but fail.  WORSE STILL, you may be successful, as I was, & end your days in prison – to prevent you winning another case there – as has happened to me!  

4)      I became aware of ELC a few years ago, but noticed that you have lawyers among you.  You also said “We do not go in for judge bashing”.  Not until very late in life did I became aware of corruption in the civil courts, & spent a number of years searching for an honest judge till I became aware that there is not a single one!  They are the ruthless & merciless godfathers of the most successful protection racket on earth.  Forgive my plain speaking, but you might as well play hopscotch with the Brownies as seek to expose corruption without ‘bashing judges’! 

5)      Please forgive me again for enclosing documents about my own case, but it is the most extreme example of the depravity of those who run the courts & the country, & the cowardice of those who allow them to. 

6)      The document from Dr. Adoko shows that even HE – for all his experience – does not really understand how bad things are, how truly evil are those he challenges!  He invites them to prosecute him for contempt of court & perjury.  I did the same, in my own book ‘CAUSE FOR CONCERN’, but they are much too clever to swallow that bait. 

7)      Become a real threat to them, as I was following my ECtHR success, & they will first try to assassinate you, as they did me.  If that is unsuccessful they will stitch you up for a crime & sentence you to suffer physical brutality & mental torture in prison until you die in one of them.  The completely corrupt media will breath not a word  – except to repeat the monstrous lies that put you in prison. 

8)      In ‘The Gulag Archipelago’, Alecksandr Solzhenitsyn wrote,  “I’m dragging it out into the light of day all on my own.  Of course there are hundreds like me who could drag it out too.  Well, it didn’t fall to them, it fell to me.   And I am doing the work of a hundred men, & that’s all there is to it.”                                                                                                                    He quoted from a KGB Directive to the Soviet Gulags, “Suppress hunger strikes, or information about them.  If forced to admit, waste no time in telling (the public) of the crimes committed by the hunger striker”.

9)      Worse than the depravity of the villains has been the treachery of my own British people.  As Honorary Secretary of the Litigants In Person Society I traveled to courts all over England at my own expense, supporting other victims, spending many hours doing research for them, & on the telephone giving advice.  All but two members of LIPS have deserted me completely in my own hour of need, several have stabbed me in the back!  

10)  This poppy wearing nation purports to honour those who suffered starvation, brutality, torture & death in Japanese POW camps.  It is a mark of the corruption, hypocrisy, treachery & depravity of Lawyer Blair’s Britain that, having honestly served my King, my Queen & my country all my long life, I am suffering the same as those POWs in a succession of supposedly ‘humane’ British prisons until I die in one of them.  They are not ‘Holiday Camps’ as the British people are constantly told by politicians & the media – but bad places run by bad people (See PRISONGATE, the new book by Sir David Ramsbotham, ‘retired’ as HM Ch. Insp. Of  Prisons for honesty).                     

11)  Lord Denning was rated (by some!) as the finest judge of the 20^th century.  One of the many outrageous statements made by him (in gross contempt of his own judicial oath, & that of the Sovereign  ^FN [1]   in whose name he purported to act ) was, “Better that innocent men remain in prison than that the integrity of the judiciary be impugned”.  In my 1997 Election Manifesto, my book CAUSE FOR CONCERN, my pamphlets & my leaflets, I HAD been impugning that supposed ‘integrity’ - with evidence of its falsity!  This is my reward from them, their lackeys, thugs, puppets & sycophants, - while 99.9% of the remainder of the British people, brainwashed, hedonistic & cowardly, look the other way.  Dr. Adoko, take care you do not become too successful!
