Damien's full name is: Day Like Moon Light.

Damien was born on the 17th of October 2003 and
was the largest out of a litter of 8.

One of Damien's best traits is his loyalty to me despite his ability to be really friendly with other people.  Even though he is people-orientated, he is a brilliant guard dog; much better than a few German Shepherds [who are renowned as being the best guard dogs throughout the whole world] that I know.

Damien was attacked by a large male Border Collie when he was 14 weeks old.  Since then he has never trusted any dog that is out in a public place; for example in the park or on the street.  He suffers from fear aggresion, which is the hardest aggression to overcome.  I took him to training classes and I was told that there is no hope for him.  One thing I know is that I will never ever give up on him, no matter how much it costs or how much time I have to put in.  If you know anything that could help with this problem, please e-mail me.  I am willing to try anything to stop this nervous aggression.

What a cuttie

Characteristics:

Damien is black and white.  He has traditional markings and he also has spots.

His dad is a black and white sheepdog and his mom is an over-friendly sable bitch called Lady. Both his folks are ISDS reg but unfortunately he is not.

For a male Border Collie, Damien is a very small boy.  He is 51cm tall at the shoulders and he is 62cm from his chest to the base of his tail.

Although Border Collies are not known to be protective, my dogs can sense when I'm angry at someone and will react accordingly.  Damien is much more protective than Phoebe.  He makes an ideal personal protection dog.  Phoebe is more of a watch dog.
